Due to reading another thread last week I purchased this stand:

I have only used it once but am highly impressed with it.
I have never used a bike stand so can’t compare it to anything, but if you can get one at the same price (£50 including delivery) I don’t see how you could not be impressed
It seems well made. Is stable in use. Can fold down for transportation. Delivered promptly.
-Beats balancing the bike – who knows, might make me do a bit more maintenance!!!
