Hi all, Im (male) 5ft 4 and I have been offered a (2012 upgraded) 14in Genesis Core, does this sound if it could be too small? I am currently riding a 15in Marin Attack Trail which is fine.
Most google searches state upto 5ft 2 for a 14in frame! interestingly though my first bike bought from LBS 3 years ago was an XS Giant Talon which equated to a 13.5 (im pretty sure they only sold it to me as they were having trouble getting rid of it! although to be fair it did state upto 5ft 4)
Thoughts please.

I'm 5'4" and I ride 540mm.tt trail....nice and playful, and 571mm.tt xc
I'm about 5ft5 3/4 and I would be very happy on that size, my friend has a 14in core and she is 5ft 5 and loves it.
Thanks guys, I have riden it and it seems ok, ie. doesnt feel too small! just didnt want to look silly riding a bike too small for me 🙂
