Hi,
I've got a Terry Dolan-made frame, which I love. But, it's got some rust and the paint work is tatty. It needs the rust removing, priming and then repainting.
Does anybody know of a place who could recreate the original paint work? Including the painted decals..

Argos Cycles seem to be the go to frame speakers. Not sure about decals. Personally I'd just touch up the rusty areas and try to keep as much original as possible.

You could scan/photograph the decals and get some made up.
The paint should be easy to replicate, just take plenty of photos.
