Just a quick question. I have googled this and nothing comes up. If I have my bike on the rack fixed to my car and somebody runs up my, you know what. Does the other party cover the bike??

Cheers in advance guys.....

David

They did when someone rear ended me, though it went small claims court and I had to prove they could see my number plate and rear lights.
I always use a trailer board for peace of mind, don't be this guy...

If it's proven they're liable, which it normally is if they rear-end you, their insurance pays.
