Hi,

I'm a graduate student writing a final project. Being a cyclist I'm taking the opportunity to look at ways in which the experience of using a bike might be improved for casual cyclists such as commuters (in the sense of businesses offering them better services, as opposed to making transport infrastructure more accommodating).

I'm currently doing my research and being aware that I know very little about the industry, I wondered if there's an expert out there who would be generous enough to answer some basic questions and share their thoughts.

I live in London, but am willing to travel and failing that am sure modern telecoms could overcome distance constraints. Ideally we could chat over the course of a bike ride and so that I could buy the cake/tea/beer.

Cheers,

Rob
