[Closed] Bike for £100-£200

A friend in London wants to ride her bike a bit more in the summer. She has asked me for recommendations of what to buy for her 'biking buddy' so she has company.

It is a little while since I saw the proposed bike buddy but from what I remember she is not particularly tall or short, lets say 5'6"

I would think the bike will be ridden for leisure rides in London. Perhaps a hybrid bike would be the right sort of thing.

The budget is £100-£200.

Any good recommendations? I am thinking I would buy 2nd hand but I won't be able to help them buy and not too sure where to recommend going in London to buy.
