anyone sent anything back to them?
nothing wrong with my order, just decided that the tyres are too big - they are still in the packet, but they are massive!
How do I send them back?
The website has a returns link (once logged in) which prints out a parcelforce sticker. Is that all I need to do? There is also a big form in German which I don't understand; do I need that as well?

I used google translate to work out what the form was asking. The Parcel Force page means you can return the goods FOC. Just package it up, take to the post office and they'll take care of the rest
