[Closed] Bike Comparison - Please help!

I love my mountian biking but im pretty hopeless at knowing the relative merits of one bike against another. I had a lapierre zesty 314 and loved it. Its been stolen (Bolton area) and the insurance are suggesting a Lapierre X Control 327. Similar priced bikes but very different components.

Is anyone able to comment regarding the similarities or otherwise of the 2 bikes?
