I think you will find that all us ex-fatties are watching it-never forget getting to 22 stone of fatness, it wasnt glandular I only had one arse and too many pies and beer were going in the other end. Proves my theory, the only way to get thin is exercise and eat a healthy diet.

there was this program on bbc the other night

'10 things you need to know about loosing weight', i'm sure its on bbc iplayer still, was really informative even for a non ex fattie, yes i'm talking to you suggsey !

Even more interesting was the 4 minutes of fartlek three times a week producing better results than 'normal' training.

Was a repeat of a show that was on last year I think, the ever excellent Michael Mosley did it.
