Dropped them an e-mail regarding suppliers so I coud get a replacement brass guide and an outer sleeve. Got a reply just asking for where to post items to, FOC. ๐Ÿ˜€

They came today, signed for postage.

So a big thanks to them (Jake) for a speedy and very satisfying result

Just thought I'd share

Jake was really helpful getting me a free spoke for my Cobalt wheels, but I would have happily paid for them if 2Pure would just supply the UK dealers with the Crank Bros spare spoke set. Apparently they are "too busy", and I know not being able to buy the spokes puts people off buying the wheels which is a shame because they are brilliant.

+ many; thanks Jake.

Got Munqe Chick's joplin 3 back repaired under warranty, theyd kept her updated with timelines (waiting for parts from USA) so we knew there was a delay, and a nice note in with the post to compliment us on how clean and well maintained the post was.

Always heard good things about them, and whilst the naysayers might suggest we shouldnt need warranty support, that sort of service gives you confidence in the product (see many Hope threads).

Will do jake - its nothing dead urgent. Just a few hints and tips required about routine maintenance. For example - what grease is best etc.
