why do big framed bikes look a c*ck with 26'' wheels
do you think all frames bigger than 20'' should be 29rs?

Tis true - and there are some really stoopid looking small 29ers out there too.

Can't say it bothers me. I think smaller bikes with scaffold tube seatposts look worse. I'm sure some people prefer the 29ers, but having ridden one, can't say it converted me at all.

Don't listen to these vertically challenged people ton, I happen to think your OP is right (not that that counts for anything!)

Gates look shit. At 6'3 its a fact I have had to accept.

The cure is only a phone call away-

"Hello mr nicolai? Yes, I'd like a 24" tt with a st JUST long enough for full extension with a 400mm post."

Or buy bikes from companies who drop the tt and put on a gusset - some of the big turners look ok for this reason.

I think there should be a rule that says your wheels should be 8" smaller in diameter than your inside leg.

We should of course all be riding 13" On-One's with a steel front end, ti lugs and a carbon rear end, 9" travel forks with 280mm discs, a 20" rear wheel and a 29" front using a 2 x 6 set up. That might be niche enough for everyone.
