I know some of the coaches as I help out with the associated kids mtb club Pedal 2 Pedal. I can't comment directly from the adult coaching point of view, but the kids are doing brilliantly with skills to put some of us to shame and xc and enduro race results to back that up too.
PM me if you want more info or I could put you in contact with some folk who (not on here) have done the adult courses.
