A quick question on routing around the head tube. My new bike came with the internal routing set up the wrong way for UK style brakes and also the wrong way for the reverb. i.e the Back brake is mounted on the left as expected but the cable does not pass in front of the head tube. Is there any disadvantage to leaving it this way?

Lots get routed that way, don't worry about and ride it.

Forgot to mention, the brake cable is also too long so looks a mess.. it looks like the Canyon factory cut corners as it is blatantly cut to be routed euro style

It'll wear the paint/ whatever on the headtube (unless you use some helitape) and looks shit. I'd have to change it.
