I need some motivation to use my spin bike, what good vids can you recomend on youtube?
Looking for about an hour session and with a good soundtrack.
Had a quick look but the ones I clicked had anoying voices.
I like this one for the scenery and minimal instructions. Never get tired of overtaking all the cars on the climb 🙂
Or these ones are OK too and should give more links...
I find riding bikes is infinitely more interesting.
The GCN ones on you tube are generally ok, the longer ones with the fella leading are pretty good. As with any class you'll get out what you put in. There are a couple of shorter (25 ish) minute ones however with far superior eye candy in the front row 😉 although the voice over is really, really irritating.
Concentrate on the brunette however and the legs feel better.
