ive always rode with spd's but am thinking of giving flats ago for more technical stuff can you recommend me the best shoes.ive heard of 5 10's being good but any other suggestions or advice please?

im only size nine sorry.bet grips not much of a problem with such big feet 🙂

five ten, best flat pedal shoe ever; are very very sticky on the pedals. (I felt they were almost too sticky when I got my first pair.)
otoh, any skate shoe works ok, and can be very very cheap. I get on well with vans because the grip works well with my pedals (specialized lo-pro)
