Keep checking classifieds on here, they do pop up. Search Google for tandem club uk, they have a classifieds service
There is a UK based tandem club, advertises in the CTC magazine but just gave my copy to a friend so cannot check for you, suspect that they will have some sort of "classifieds" system.
