gusamc - of the three options, the one past Camban bothy and on to Glenlicht is probably the most straightforward and has a cracking technical section (with optional fatal descents to the left) past the waterfalls at the Allt Grandda (Ewans route in).
The route South through An Caorann Mor is less rideable and doesn't really have the same scenic value.
