Not after anything fancy, just refreshing the drivechain.
Need a 22t + 32t for a shimano m760 XT crank (pretty standard 104bcd?).
Used to just buy deore steel jobs, thought I'd check up if there is anything in an aluminium flavour on special offer anywhere?
Could be worth looking at the superstar ones:

Not used them but for everything else they are good for the cash in my opinion!
Think I've got a 22/32 setup brand spanking new that came on a set of Saint cranks somewhere. If you wanted them. I'll go have a rummage.
steel = lasts longer
If you get the newer style ones with the composite inner part on the middle ring you will need to file a bit off to make it fit. The new style grannies with profiled teeth shift a lot nicer than older ones with all identical teeth.
TA make good rings, never tried the superstar but good Al rings last a very long time. Not all rings are created equal.
Can't beat steel Deore ones. Cheap & they last.
Beat place for a chainring is on a chain set!
Sorry.
Cheers guys!
Yeah spotted the superstar ones and thought they looked/sounded just the ticket (same price as deore so can't really go wrong no?) but they seem to be constantly sold out, I guess they are a bit of a winner for them?
mboy, message inbound!
My brother has a new set of SLX with the fibre middle ring and it seems to be holding up fine, and I'm up for a bit of fiddling
