I've currently got some Decathlon baggies, which to be honest have been fantastic, cost about £25 and last ages, but not the chamois is wearing out.

Looking at Decathlon they no longer do them.

So which brands are good for short arses like myself?

I'm not exactly a short-arse, but I do have the same physical proportions as an orangutan. I've got Short arse legs, and my knockles drag on the floor

I prefer Sombrio shorts as they're... erm... short. Without being too..

I've just bought a set of these, and they're the comfiest thing I've ever worn on the bike

Much cheapness at the moment

I just bought these. They seem very comfy, not had them on the bike yet. Tomorrow awaits.

Proper short arse here, I've got some Pearl Izumi that aren't too long on my little child legs.

But, if the inner is all that's worn, why not cut it out and buy some separate lycra shorts?

I bet I've got the shortest arse on here! I've got some old Nike baggy casual shorts & wear an Altura liner underneath, I've also got some Endura's but they look like 3/4's on me, as do most others. I used to have some Polaris baggies with a liner & they were good but I don't think they do them anymore.
I'd be inclined to do what Alex said.

Alex - ...or others I've just read some reviews of PI shorts (only USA ones mind) and people say the sizing is on the large side ie I'm a 32" waist and would normally get a medium but in PI I should get a small?

Can anyone confirm ?

I know that in the eyes of some this may be deemed so wrong, but my LBS had womens Gore shorts on sale. They're black in colour, and the chammy is the comfiest one in my collection. Kinda like this (these are a crackin deal) http://www.evanscycles.com/products/gore-bike-wear/countdown-lady-shorts-ec022413

I also have these Cannondale shorts (gents), they're very good and not too long. http://compare.ebay.co.uk/like/220934197146?var=lv&ltyp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar&cbt=y

Both in size medium, I'm 5'4" with a 30" waist
