Black only, light padding or none, no velcro (slip on) for longer days on the bike.

Are the DHB / Q365 / Giro Supernatural Elastic Interface mitts really that good? Cheapest option is the DHB ones at like £40 - which buys you Rapha or Assos?

Love my giro supernatural.

They are that good, feel seamless the way the padding is built into the glove.

I like Giro Zero CS ones. Also have some cheaper unpadded ones from Galibier.

Sportful are my go to - I usually use the race gloves - really light and thin on the palm with enough to take the edge of bumpy roads or really long days.

I usually ride gloveless on anything up to 4 hours but wear gloves for events (to mitigate the idiot taking a group out factor) and more frequently now because I need to stop burning the backs of my hands in the sun. These seem to tick the not sweaty and don't notice category, although I'm tempted by the air gloves too.

I like the Endura Xtract Lite Mitt - got some last summer and they're good on hot days

Also, my Galibier mitts are the only thing I've bought from them that I wasn't happy with. Which is strange as their kit is usually excellent

Castelli are my go-to for mitts, but I've not tried a lightweight/aero pair.

TBF, I bought some DEKO mitts off ebay and they're really good. Nice padding and well made.

I know some people will be like "planet X ffs" - but tbh; these are £5.50 a pair; well made and exactly what you are describing. Good fit; super comfy (to me at least ! 🙂 - I've done 5 hour + rides in them

If these are the same design as the previous red/white ones,
https://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/CLCAKATTM/carnac-kronus-aero-tt-mittsare pretty comfy.

If they are back in stock, I love my Lofi mitts. Bought as a joke for the smiling face to piss off drivers, but really comfy on long rides.

https://nopinz.com/product/aerocoach-attackspeed-gloves-black/

ones designed for aero are very, very minimal

rule28 also make the same but I don't own them; these are good and have lasted for me. they're tight btw. but when pulled on they just 'fit'
