Just bought a new Bandit frame and would like to helitape it anyone know one that is easy to apply and also easy to remove without damage to the laquer.

Most of the stuff is 3M have a look round. Viking tapes have loads - have a look at the older threads on here.
Most of the bike specific stuff is just a short piece of a bigger roll packaged up for a massive mark up.
