Hi all,
I'm doing the Hamsterley Beast in a couple of weeks time - 40 mile endurance event
I have a small choice of tyres to choose from:
I'm currently using a 2.5 wt exo dhf max terra with a dhr2 2.3 DD max terra.
I also have a dhf 2.3 max terra and a 2 35 SG rock razor in the garage.
So. Stick with what I have, or will swapping to any of the others actually make a difference?

Id go for the lightest tyres you have. I was over the forest last week, using 2.25 WTB Trail boss and had no dramas. It has been pretty wet this week, but most of the forest drains really well and the rain has stopped today, and only a spot for tomorrow.
The distance and the climbs are the thing that makes The Beast what it is.
