[#5682548]

Considering buying a house with no bike storage but enough space to get something built (approx. 1/2 the size of a single standard garage).
Has anyone else done this?
How much for foundations/build?
Any recommendations for a joiner who can do this in the leeds area would be appreciated.

Cheers

James

Might be worth having a spin through Asgard's offerings:

Thanks

judging by the price tag these things must be pretty secure!
Anyone got one?
I was hoping for a bit of space for working the bikes as well but these could be a good option to limit the amount of outdoor space it would take up

Yeah, I've got one. So far, not been broken into. Took an afternoon to put up, seems fairly solid. Headtorch and power driver/drill recommended!

Edit: linky no worky. Google "singletrackworld asgard" There's quite a few threads, opinions and experiences to sift through.

Do the Asgard ones suffer much from condensation build up inside?

Not noticed it in mine.

I've got the one for four bikes, £450 when i bought it. At the time. It is expensive but they are a very good quality unit, never had any issues and thieves tend to just not bother.

My only negative is that 4x bikes is a bit optimistic unless they are all road bikes. I've got 1x BIG 29er, a road bike and a 26 MTB and they fit in okay with a floor pump and workstand.

Would recommend them for peace of mind.
