I have manage to clip (actually belted the living sh*t out of) my pedal yesterday. After picking my self up off the deck I discovered that my pedal was bent. Upon removal of the pedal I have discvered that the pedal is fine but the pedal insert in the crank is bent (not slightly but rather a lot). Whatare my options?
Its the drive side of a HTII external BB shimano. Can I just buy new arms without having to stump up for a who new chainset?
Any suggestions??
