I have an Orca belt that is stretchy fabric with a clicky buckle. It works a treat. velo-re.com do belts made of tyres and tubes but they have normal buckles. Very nice though.

I have one of those tyre belts (a road tyre one of sorts), it's stiff and uncomfortable to the point where I've never managed to wear it for more than about 5 minutes.

I'd get one like one of these:

You can pay £10-15 for something by Oakley or Dakine. Any high st. store should have the plain ones though for £3-4.

You're on a forum asking where to buy a belt? And worse still, getting serious replies?

I'm off for a bike ride!

I've got a Snickers Workwear belt that has a little bit of stretch to it that makes it comfy when riding.

The belts made out of old bike tyres are made by velo-re. Nice idea, they've also go a bit of inherent stretchyness. You might find the MTB tyre ones a bit too chunky to fit through a lot of belt loops. The one I've got is more of a touring type tyre and looks like a regular leather belt unless someones paying it a lot of attention.

I got one from Rohan which is well good - nice strong MOD approved buckle that stays tight and doesn't allow the belt to slip through under the not inconsiderable pressure from my girth.

It was the only thing I could afford in there though
