Is there such a thing? Currently have mind mounted on a stem caps mount but I want to install an edc tool in my steerer tube. Reluctant to fit an out the front mount as I've broken one in a crash before so thinking of a mount that puts the wahoo behind the bars close to the stem?

I breifly bought a BarFly mount which might do what you want. I ended up selling it on as I just used a stick on mount (from 76 Projects) on my top tube - just behind the headset.

I use one of these with my Wahoo Elmnt:

but at 90 degrees to the stem, so it sits just to the side of the stem and just behind the bars. Works brilliantly.

I use mine on the bars (rather than in front) - found the top tube set up too hard to read.
That hide my bell set up looks neat. Kind of bulky though.
