Anyone know where to get them and are they easy to install?

Front or rear? Go to the tech docs on the shimano website and lookup the specific hub model nos. Check out the exploded diagram and corresponding part for size. I know the new front hub needs biggish cone spanners. Look up bearing suppliers online for your bearing size. Not an easy job but not difficult.
Get the part number off the hub (HB-M8xx or FH-M8xx) and stick it into google followed by EV (exploded view) and the first link that pops up should be the Shimano techdoc for your hub. I find this way much quicker and easier than searching through the website 8)
It's a front M800A i think. For a "freeride" hub the bearings going after a year and a half of trail riding with a few drops here and there is pretty crap i think. New bearings cost 25 quid per side trade, also crap!
Is there an easy maintainance 20 mm front hub out there?
