Im fed up of sockets, hammers, bent bits of m8 rod & the new bearing ending up in a worst state then the old ones after trying to fit them.

Is there some sort of universal bearing puller for suspension bearings that fits everything?

Or is taking the bike to the shop the best option.

EDIT this is for suspension bearings.

The Giant Maestro Bearing Kit covers a few sizes - obviously works OK if you have a Giant Reign/Trance/Anthem, but I'm pretty sure a previous thread confirmed that it covered the sizes needed for some other makes too.

I've got a couple of bearing pullers and presses from here :

https://www.bearingprotools.com

Various sizes available, decent price and work very well.

We have one like this

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/9PC-Heavy-Inner-Bearing-Puller-Set-Remover-Slide-Hammer-Internal-Kit-Blind-Hole/253765648803?_trkparms=aid%3D555017%26algo%3DPL.CASSINI%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D53377%26meid%3D3a80f738d3bd484286a849e5aec7f474%26pid%3D100506%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D1%26%26itm%3D253765648803&_trksid=p2045573.c100506.m3226

And something like this

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bike-bearing-press-for-pivot-and-bb30-bearings/323371848421?_trkparms=aid%3D555017%26algo%3DPL.CASSINI%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D53377%26meid%3Dd1982d62ed024bf2a4ee9c2bf6407990%26pid%3D100505%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D1%26%26itm%3D323371848421&_trksid=p2045573.c100505.m3226

And the hope bottom bracket tool.

Can sort most of the jobs with the above

All good suggestions thanks.

I hadn't realised I would need a press per bearing size. Obvious when thinking about it.
