Near Farnham. Any good? Anyone got any routes in gpx?
Anybody been there? Any good?
If you mean the one North of Farnham then it's known as Caesar's Camp, used for the Brass Monkeys enduro and some good stuff in there.
It's a pretty good area, worth exploring if you're in the area and have a couple of hours to kill. If night riding watch out, there are quite often troops over there training so avoid them if you can.
No GPX sorry. Haven't been over there for a while and it's probably not as visible now, but if you start at the cattle grid towards the top of Beacon Hill (about 200 metres before the roundabout when you come up the hill from Fleet, and turn right you should see the start of a trail. You'll lose it again soon enough but it should at least get you started!
Personally I'd avoid Caesars Camp itself as it's just lots of very steep ups and downs. A couple of half decent but short runs here and there but there's much better stuff if you just explore the rest of the area. Nice for a spring/summers eve.
