Currently running a sram 3x8 square tapered bb, planning on putting a 9 speed cassette and shifter, but my middle ring on the front is looking a bit spikey,as im using the middle ring 90% of the time, the grany ring is almost pointless as it's easiest gear is hardly more easy than the easiest gear on the middle front ring.
Should I go 2x9? Save some weight, what's the cheapest option, happy to replace the whole front bb/chain rings if needs be.
