Where did they find the eejit who wants helmets to be compulsory on bikes, and enforced by fines for the sake of the [b]DRIVERS[/b].

All these cyclist without helmets (like in this park!) make it difficult to overtake them, in case you hit them with your car!

Reminds me of a car dealer who was test driving a car with a customer who clipped me and left me as a road kill in the middle of the road.

They stopped some 100-200 yards up the road, both got out to check if there was any damage to the car, both looked back at me, by which time I was dusting myself down on the pavement, to watch them both get back into the car and drive off!

By the time they got back to the dealership, I was waiting with his boss, who was keen to hear his version of the incident.

The customer sneaked off sharpish and the young salesman came out with a comment something similar to what DA posted!
