Green oil, guy makes it in his shed, any one tried it, anyone know they guy that makes it.

I've been using Green Oil for ages. Anything where a log is a vital part of the production process must be good..

I bought some and wanted to like it but unfortunately found it not very good.

I won 2 bottles of it at last years BBB. It's good stuff. If I had to but chain lube I'd buy it again, but I just use whatever light oil I have lying around, currently Scottoiler motorcycle chain oil. 🙂

I've got a load of their stuff sat behind me right now. got given it free, oil, grease, degreaser and something else. not got round to using it uet

I won some, not sure its any better than anything else I've used. Don't think I'd go out of my way to buy it.

No use for winter if you leave it in the shed. It sets solid below about 5 oC. I might try using plain groundnut oil next...
