Here we go,

- Caad10 frame, BB30, bearings already installed.

- Sram S900 cranks (2nd hand), came with one 5mm spacer.

It looks like the spacer included needs to be positioned on the non-drive side. Do I need a second spacer on the DS?

In the photos the spindle hasn't been completely pushed through yet.

NDS, looks like if I include the spacer the marks on the spindle from previous installations would match up.

Below is the drive side with no spacer, looks like it will be needed.

Thanks

I think the spacer is there to make it compatible with bb30 mountain bike which is based on a 73 shell, whereas bb30 road is 68 shell, but I may be wrong, is there not a document on the cannondale website with some technical info, they are usually pretty good with that sort of thing.

Good thinking, I'll have a look.

Searched around on the Sram site for S900 manuals to no avail.
