I have no headset press and a new frame and its bb30 i have a red chianset to go in that is gxp. Is the 2nd best fitting option to chill the sleeve in teh freezer then carefully knock it in with hammer and a piece of wood?
Has anyone used the Wheels Manufacturing's BB30 shims that just press in and still use the bb30 bearings?
