I have a raceface x-type bb that needs new bearings. I know the whole bb cost only £20-£35 pounds depending but was wondering if anyone is local to me in Berkshire who has a tool to remove the bearings so i can replace them myself or is there a bodge for getting them out as i cant work it out.

A Stanley knife suffices for Shimano, should be similar with the RF.

Sorry guys im still lost as i cant see how an angle grinder would get close to the inner race let alone the outer one. I know enduro do a tool but its a lot of cash.
