hi,
i have a merlin malt 1 frame which was fine untill my brother thought he would have a go at taking my bikes to bits he took the bb out ok but he has cross threaded the bb threads in the frame making the bb loose and unrideable the bb is fine but the auminium frame is shgged is there a tool the re-thread them ❓ or is it a trip to the bike shop ➡ or is my frame for scrap 😥 ??

You can sometimes get them helicoiled.

Try having them re cut by a LBS first, you need to find one with a cutter rather than a chaser though.
