Anyone else just use normal grease on their BB...or do you use anti-seize grease?

Personaly I use either copper grease or a weak thread lock compond

Copper or anti seize grease on mine id use a regular grease if i had no choice but would need to remember to check and regrease occasionally.

I've always used regular grease and never had a problem.

Regular grease should be fine for most applications. But if its a Ti frame and Aluminum BB cups, I'd use anti-sieze for sure.
