Right. Firstly I am not a BB expert at all so excuse if this is a really dumb question.
A mate has a bb with os 6 on it. But she doesn't like it and prefers os 4. The phones never had os 4 on it (it came with os 6). Is there anyway of getting it back to os 4?

I doubt it...I wouldn't have thought newer programs would work with it. It's up to OS 7 now too.
