Hi,

Looking for a basic GPS/bike computer to do just speed, distance, time and elevation of possible. Have a Garmin watch for tracking on Strava and fitness. So it is purely on bike data. Might swap between road and mountain bike so cheap fittings would be good.

The cheapest Garmin Edge will do that for you. Edge 130 is £160 on CRC

Lezyne Micro GPS - I've got the watch version and it's great as a basic gps/bike computer. But it also comes in a bar mountable version too.
Got mine in a deal for about £60 from Wiggle.

A Xoss G+ will do everything you want, and upload to strava via bluetooth for about £30. I paid £25 for one a couple of months back but they appear to have increased in price slightly.

Garmin edge 25 second hand is pretty cheap and does what you need. Really good little bike computer with gps features and you can connect peripherals.

Ditto, despite having a couple of fancier GPS units I still regularly use my older edge 25 as it's pretty reliable and has a nice, clear simple display with just the fields you want and nothing extra...

I recently bought a "new" Edge Explore for £160 from eBay. It will take years to work out how to fully utilise it.

Spotted them Halfords for £99 this week in response to another thread.
