I am building a bike, and got myself some wheels. M505's with centrelock hubs. I know there not the best wheels bit heavy but will do for now. My question is this.

I run Avid Juicy 3's which use a 6 bolt rotor. Am I best getting a centrelock to 6 bolt adapter, or buying new centrelock rotors?

Which centrelock rotors will work best?
Is there a recommended adapter? have looked but they do seem to be hard to find.

i would get centre lock you can pick them up for nothing on EBay as noone wants them I got 2 x 160 for 3 quid posted with lock nuts included.

Adapters will be about 10 -20 quid for a set iirc.

I read somewhere, perhaps it was wrong info, but they said shimano discs are thinner so can cause problems. I would have thought as long as I get 180mm (my size) I should be fine.

have mix matched rotors +calipers avid /hope /shimano makes no difference whatever combo you use. Thin discs are worn ones
