Hello,i have a Trek fuel ex9 650b and have fitted new Nukeproof bars going from 720mm to 740. i have refitted the original 75mm Bontrager stem, replacing a Pro 70mm stem. What bar/stem combination do you run/recommend?

Wider bars = shorter stem no?
I run 780 Renthals with a 50mm stem.
Spotty dog IMHO.

760mm flat bar with a 35mm stem here. Keep swapping between 35mm and 50mm though. Both 0 rise on a 29er.

740mm/60mm here. Might go 760mm/50mm next.

50mm stem on both bikes and both run 780mm bars which feel spot on.
