Has anybody had cause to use banshees crash replacement policy in the UK through Ison? I know they do one but I can't find details of it anywhere.

Was it painless? How much "discount" do you get? I. E. is it actually worth doing<span style="font-size: 0.8rem;">?</span>

<span style="font-size: 0.8rem;">Cheers</span>

No idea about the crash replacement, but Pat CJ @ Ison gave me some really helpful advice when I needed it, as did Keith at Banshee

Cheers, was going to contact them in the morning but wondered what people's experience was?

I used it this month - Ison were good to deal with, I spoke to Gabe. They turned it round in just over a week.

I would argue that "discount" isn't brilliant, but mine was a cracked frame outside of warranty, so beggars can't be choosers. In different circumstances I probably wouldn't have bothered, but I'd recently bought quite a few new parts for it.

If the discount isn't great I have a brand new in box Prime frame+shock for sale...

(stealthy I know)
