Got an On One frame nad was thinking of fitting a banger hanger as I dont fancy ripping the mech or hanger off should things go t*ts up !
Question :
1,Will the on one banger hanger fit a XT shadow mech (all pics I can find seem to suggest only a normal mech can be fitted to a banger)
2, If I do fit a banker hanger, the weekest part could then be transfered to the mech hanger and that be ripped off / bent instead of the mech.
Anyone with any advice or experience ?

I fitted one as my Genius doesn't have a replaceable hanger. So in a crash I get to rip off the rear mech not the hanger, and have to fork out for that rather than a whole new seatstay assembly.
