How much better would the bike do without the hub gear and drop bars?

Plus, he should learn how to pedal and pump his tyres up.
The moped has been tuned to be as efficient as possible with current technology, we should use a cycle rider who has been tuned to the same degree for a more balanced test. The results would be even more dramatic.
