thread bump: On the basis of comments above I am now the owner of a pair of Spesh Enduro baggies. Not ridden in them yet but they look and feel great when wearing and seem really well put together. So am happy ๐Ÿ™‚

Yes I do wear shorts out in a year to 18 months but shop in charity shops and wear cheap no fear stuff from lillywhites

Genius idea, off to the charity shops on pay day! ๐Ÿ™‚

Anything that doesn't have Endura written on them, would be a good start!

Surely they must be taking note of all the returns/negative comments by now....

>But they are nothing to my Kona shorts that they don't make any more

If that's the original (50-75quid ?) Air Times they used to do with the big rubber logo pad and keprotec stretch panels - indeedy ! My OH got mine from a sale in Halfrauds, and I picked up a long-panted version of 'em from an Evans clearance a few years ago.

Nothing like the thin sweaty nylon crappy equivalent they did later (I've got a pair of those too, only use 'em for diy...)

Occasionally you see some 28" waist old stock appear on fleabay for about a fiver...

Sombrio seem to be the best I've had.
Just got some massive shorts from M&S though, will see how they get on.

Ground Effect Juggernauts. Best shorts I've owned.
