[#2531913]

Just finished rebuilding an old flame . . .

Off out now to recapture that old magic . . . it's been almost 3 years. The flyin' V has been unfaithful with three other blokes and me . . . well . . . there have been one or two minor indiscretions ๐Ÿ˜†

Full circle? I'd like to think so ๐Ÿ˜›

Flame away ๐Ÿ˜‰ . . .

Ebay's shares would plummet if Mama closed her account, surely? ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

Yes, 'backtracking' does count, Mama.

pastcaring - yes and yes ๐Ÿ˜† . I always run my seat nose up - makes bail outs easier when you have zero standover clearance ๐Ÿ˜ก . Started running plastic BMX pedals last summer and fully intended to revert to alu ones come the gloopy winter . . . no need though, they've been plenty grippy enough and my shins thank me.

in the pic, is your saddle at riding hight? if it is you must be tiny?

i tried plastic pedals a few years ago, changed them the first time it rained...

I run my seat at a little below x/c height (I still ride like a singlespeeder despite having returned to gears a while ago - must learn to sit down more) but, yes, I am tiny(ish). I think I must've shrunk since 1997 ๐Ÿ˜• . Plastic pedals and hard soled shoes such as Shimano are a definite no-no but Converse/Etnies, etc are great - probably more grippy than alu pedals in the wet.

Yeah, sorry 'bout that ๐Ÿ˜† - I loved that bike - the only one I never sold . . . had to retire it after an accident with a storm drain ๐Ÿ™ . RIP Marshall Newt ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

Please don't encourage her. It's a dangerous compulsion what she has got. ๐Ÿ™

Did you know she's sold all her children, her pets, and even her neighbours' children and pets, to pay for her habit, and only owns two pairs of shoes? ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

This is why you mustn't approve of her behaviour.

Never thought I'd agree with the Padded One, but Elfinsafety speaks the truth here.

Agree about the pedals, Odyssey's and 5.10's are great!

Looks good Luke 8) . Yeah, I prefer the older version too. Had a very battered Tazer FS as well, with rewelded seat stays - lovely lovely bike but climbed like a dog due to the super-slack seat angle.
