Just finished rebuilding an old flame . . .

Off out now to recapture that old magic . . . it's been almost 3 years. The flyin' V has been unfaithful with three other blokes and me . . . well . . . there have been one or two minor indiscretions ๐
Full circle? I'd like to think so ๐
Flame away ๐ . . .
Good work tracking down an old flame, fingers crossed it feels as good as it used to ๐
mama, i am just speccing and buying a build list for a old flame... 8)
Not another tiny bike... ๐ฏ
No elfin, not another - backtracking doesn't count ๐
What' you building Ton?
Reckon I'm cured? Just got back with a grin from ear to ear ๐ . . . time to close the ebay account I reckon.

time to close the ebay account I reckon.
Yeah right... ๐ ๐ ๐
Ebay's shares would plummet if Mama closed her account, surely? ๐ฏ
Yes, 'backtracking' does count, Mama.
nice bike, always wanted to try one....
BUT are those plastic pedal? ๐ณ ๐ฅ
edit: also your seat is pointing nose up? do you sit and ride like this?
very VERY nice indeed
pastcaring - yes and yes ๐ . I always run my seat nose up - makes bail outs easier when you have zero standover clearance ๐ก . Started running plastic BMX pedals last summer and fully intended to revert to alu ones come the gloopy winter . . . no need though, they've been plenty grippy enough and my shins thank me.
sorry mama d, more q's
in the pic, is your saddle at riding hight? if it is you must be tiny?
i tried plastic pedals a few years ago, changed them the first time it rained...
I run my seat at a little below x/c height (I still ride like a singlespeeder despite having returned to gears a while ago - must learn to sit down more) but, yes, I am tiny(ish). I think I must've shrunk since 1997 ๐ . Plastic pedals and hard soled shoes such as Shimano are a definite no-no but Converse/Etnies, etc are great - probably more grippy than alu pedals in the wet.
just looked through your bike album ๐ฏ thats a lot of bikes!
one of the konas made my eyes hurt ๐ you know which one ๐
Yeah, sorry 'bout that ๐ - I loved that bike - the only one I never sold . . . had to retire it after an accident with a storm drain ๐ . RIP Marshall Newt ๐ฅ
Please don't encourage her. It's a dangerous compulsion what she has got. ๐
Did you know she's sold all her children, her pets, and even her neighbours' children and pets, to pay for her habit, and only owns two pairs of shoes? ๐ฏ
This is why you mustn't approve of her behaviour.

Never thought I'd agree with the Padded One, but Elfinsafety speaks the truth here.
Cracking looking bike!
Agree about the pedals, Odyssey's and 5.10's are great!

sorry i didn't think, i know she has a problem.
mamadirt your a very naughty girl! don't do it again ๐ (until the next one)
The flyin' V stays . . . end of ๐ ๐
Looks good Luke 8) . Yeah, I prefer the older version too. Had a very battered Tazer FS as well, with rewelded seat stays - lovely lovely bike but climbed like a dog due to the super-slack seat angle.
Look. She's totally unrepentant. ๐
Incorrigible.
