Anyone point me to any local trails around Ayr. Preferably within biking distance of town. Or willing to show me next time I'm down. Sitting here visiting the inlaws and wishing I'd taken the bike :o(

Head out to the SAC Auchincruive Campus/estate Bri. Quite a few nice wee trails looping around the woods in there. Only about 3 miles out town.
Turn in towards the college off the B743, pass the college entrance and carry on down the hill to a bridge after about half a mile. There are trails heading upstream from that bridge on both sides of the river.
we are out every Wednesday night around ayrshire, great riding around the River ayr and Darvel and Kilmarnock also you have the Cairn Table at Muirkirk when its dry. Contact Walkers cycling in Kilmaurs.
