My 6 hour Ay Up battery has stopped working. It will not charge, when plugged in to the charger it goes to green as if all ok, but there is no power to the light when connected!
I have looked at ordering a new one, but there is £12 postage, £15 admin plus duty added to the order so it is looking expensive.
Anyone know of another sourch of battery that will work that wil be cheaper to sourch, or a trick to get the original working. (it only had a few uses, nothing to wear it out last winter)
Or is any one ordering a kit, I could add an extra battery on and chip in a bit to their extra costs.

Have you contacted them about your faulty battery? Might be able to sort you out, I get the impression they are supposed to be good like that. The uk distributors were anyway.
I had a cable problem on two batteries - they replaced them FOC and out of warranty (from Aus). Not saying you will get the same, but I have always found them to be excellent. Mail them.
