[Closed] Axle bushing questions... yes I'm that dense tonight!

Building the bike up - first full susser I've had to get all the parts from. I've always just built up hardtails so never had to worry about shock bushings before!
Bought a monarch plus, and it's come with pressed in bushings and some hardware - albeit the wrong size hardware so need some new. Getting in touch with mojo and theirs come with the 'low friction' plastic(ish) bushings and hardware as opposed to the pressed in ones currently in the shock. Is there actually any difference between the two? Am I seriously missing something here - or do I just need more sleep and a sit down!
