This is the shop in Caversham? Have a good reputation locally. Familly run IIRC. Everything a good lbs should be. I dont use them as I have found the guy that works upstairs in the road section / workshop a bit overly dramatic and hard work. Not what I'm expecting when looking for a bit of customer service.
They have been spot on for me. Bought online, fast postage and good prices
at the end of my road. nice stuff in the shop and good for internet shopping.
one of my local bikeshops and always been impressed with their service.
